Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. To do so, please contact us in writing via the contact form on our website, by email, or by post, including your order details.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Because personalised and custom-made items are manufactured specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on these products unless they are faulty or differ from what was ordered. Please double-check all spelling, sizes, and colours before placing your order.

Returning an Item

If you wish to return a non-personalised item, please contact us first. The following conditions apply:

• Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
• Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.
• Please ensure items are adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit — you remain responsible for the goods until they reach us.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover any return postage costs where applicable.

Refunds

Once a return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
