Common
Old logo, business card, or photo of a sign?
Even a blurry scan or a photo taken on the shop floor is enough for us to recreate it as clean, cuttable artwork.
Fastest & cheapest
Already have a vector file?
.ai, .eps or .svg — perfect. It speeds up the process and usually keeps the price down, since there's no redraw involved.
We're graphic designers as well as decal makers, so recreating or cleaning up artwork is part of what we do — not a separate service you need to seek out elsewhere. How much design work is involved varies enormously, from a five-minute font swap to fully redrawing a detailed logo, so we always confirm exactly what's included, and what it costs, before any work starts. No surprises either way.

Do I need a vector file for my logo?
It helps — .ai, .eps, .svg or a high-res PDF speed things up and usually keep the price down. If you don't have one, that's completely normal too — send whatever you've got (even a photo of an old sign or a business card) and we'll design or redraw it as part of your quote.

What's the biggest size you can make?
Up to 1100 x 2000mm in a single piece — for both single-colour cut vinyl and full-colour digital print. Need something bigger, like a full office wall? We panel it into sections that line up seamlessly on installation.

Will I know the price before you start designing anything?
Yes — every quote covers both the decal and any design work involved, and we always confirm it with you before anything is created or ordered. If your artwork needs more involved redraw work, we'll say so upfront rather than adding it on later.

How long does it take to get a quote, and to receive it?
Quotes usually land within one business day. Once you confirm, dispatch is 1–2 days, then 2–4 days delivery with Evri (or next-day for a small extra charge).

Can I order more than one of the same design?
Yes — tell us the quantity when you order and we'll quote the full set at once.

Is it suitable for glass or windows, and can it be removed later?
For single-colour designs, yes — the vinyl is coloured on both sides, so it looks good from either side of a window or glass door. Full-colour designs are printed on white vinyl and are one-sided. Either way, it removes cleanly without damaging paint, though it isn't designed to be repositioned once applied.
